1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing The Tutta Bella Edit, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms & Conditions, in addition to our general Store Policies, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
2. Subscription Overview
The Tutta Bella Edit is a recurring jewellery subscription that includes curated jewellery pieces and additional items as determined by Tutta Bella. Contents may vary by delivery.
Subscription purchases are ongoing until cancelled in accordance with these terms.
3. Pricing & Billing
- The Tutta Bella Edit is priced at $39 AUD per delivery.
- Customers may select:
- Monthly delivery (billed every month), or
- Bi-monthly delivery (billed every two months).
- Charges are applied per delivery, not per calendar month.
- Payments are automatically processed using the payment method provided at checkout.
If a payment cannot be processed:
- We may attempt to reprocess the payment.
- The subscription may be paused, delayed, or cancelled at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Subscription orders are dispatched after successful payment.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Tutta Bella is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.
5. Changes to Subscription
Customers may manage their subscription through their account, including:
- Pausing
- Skipping a delivery
- Updating address or payment details
- Changing delivery frequency
All changes must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled billing date.
Changes requested after this time cannot be guaranteed for the upcoming delivery.
6. Cancellations
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
- To avoid being charged for the next delivery, cancellation must occur at least 48 hours before the scheduled renewal date.
- Once a billing cycle has processed, that delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded.
7. Refunds, Returns & Consumer Guarantees
Due to the curated nature of The Tutta Bella Edit:
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or style variations.
- Subscription deliveries cannot be returned once shipped unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
8. Product Variations & Availability
- Subscription contents are curated and may change from delivery to delivery.
- Tutta Bella does not guarantee specific items, materials, colours, or designs.
- Images used for promotional purposes are illustrative only.
- We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value where necessary.
9. Birthday Gifts
- Birthday gifts are available only to active subscribers.
- Gifts are dispatched during the subscriber’s birthday month.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their birth date and delivery details are accurate.
- Birthday gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
10. Intellectual Property
All branding, packaging, designs, and subscription content remain the intellectual property of Tutta Bella and may not be reproduced or used without written consent.
11. Right to Modify or Discontinue
Tutta Bella reserves the right to:
- Modify subscription contents
- Adjust pricing (with prior notice)
- Update these Terms & Conditions
- Suspend or discontinue The Tutta Bella Edit at any time
Any changes will apply to future deliveries only.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, Tutta Bella’s liability for any claim relating to a subscription delivery is limited to:
- Replacement of the goods; or
- The cost of replacing the goods supplied.
Tutta Bella is not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
13. Wear & Care Responsibilities
Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear; however, all jewellery requires proper care.
Normal wear and tear, tarnishing, fading, scratching, bending, or damage caused by:
- Exposure to water, salt water, or chlorinated water
- Contact with perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, or chemicals
- Improper storage or handling
- Failure to follow provided care instructions
does not constitute a manufacturing fault under Australian Consumer Law.
This clause does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law in relation to faulty products.
